The SEO Strategist will be responsible for ensuring that all web properties are optimized to achieve maximum ranking in search engines.
The Content Marketing Strategist is responsible for writing and developing content marketing strategies that increase awareness and engagement with the content.
PHOTOS AND VIDEOS
The Videographer is responsible for providing video production services for the company. This includes coordinating and executing video shoots, editing footage, and creating video assets from scratch.
The Financial Controller is responsible for the preparation of financial statements and budgets. Additionally, the Financial Controller will manage the day-to-day financial operations of the company.
The Project Manager is responsible for supervising and directing projects from inception to completion. This includes managing the project teams, project stakeholders, and managing the budget.
BRANDING AND DESIGN
The Web Designer will work with the Marketing and Production teams to create, design, and maintain the company's websites. They will also be responsible for creating and maintaining a variety of other marketing and product materials.

You are an SEO Specialist who can speak and write in both English and French. Bilingualism is a must here! This fast-paced agency environment requires you to perform and guide any SEO tasks necessary for client success.
As the SEO Specialist, you will be provided with the tools and support you need to create successful SEO campaigns for multiple client websites in various vertical niches - local and national clients. You will often work with the content, development and design departments to support you with adjustments that are required for proper technical optimization.
We expect you to be analytical and data-driven, with an ability to recognize potential threats and opportunities. Answering directly to the SEO Manager and the VP of Digital Marketing, you'll create custom reports with insights, ensuring you can validate ideas and action plans with data.
While it's not required, we appreciate team members who can confidently express valid opinions and ideas that help our clients to reach new levels of success.
Perform keyword and topic research for various points of buyer journeys
Use various marketing tools to analyze data and extract insights
Build data-based plans and strategies for client campaigns
Create and advise on website architectures & structures for website builds
Identify on-site concerns affecting performance, perform technical analysis, issues and elements that negatively impact rankings
Edit/adjust web pages to optimize for ranking improvements and a better user experience
Research and various analyses of competitor websites, content, links and associated rankings
Develop and implement link-building strategies (internal + external) to impact results.
Reviewing content for proper optimization
Write H-tags that balance user experience and SEO
Work with the development, design and content teams to ensure alignment between the various goals for client projects
Develop both internal and external client-facing insight and performance reports
Stay up-to-date with important SEO industry news, share insights and information to help the agency and teams stay ahead of the curve
Work with our Client Success communications department when required
Skills & Assets:
2-3 years of experience in position involving SEO and digital strategy
English and French (written and spoken) are required
In-depth understanding of SEO as an actionable approach to improve online performance.
Understanding of Mobile Site Performance and mobile site optimization
Basic understanding of user experience (UX)
In-depth understanding of Google Analytics, Tag Manager & Search Console
In-depth understanding of SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, ScreamingFrog, SiteBulb, CrazyEgg, more.)
Up-to-date understanding of search engine algorithms and updates
Knowledge and understanding SEO in the WordPress & Shopify platforms
Basic understanding of HTML and CSS/JS (identifying potential SEO issues/threats)
Understanding of holistic marketing practices and strategy is a bonus
Above-average understanding of industries and markets is a bonus
Above-average understanding of advanced local SEO strategies is a bonus
Basic understanding of paid media (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.) is a bonus
