We always start with a short phone interview with basic questions asked by our hiring manager. At the end of the phone interview, we will schedule either an in-person interview or a video call with the department manager or director. The last step is a skill test, we've created a series of quick skill tests that you'll be asked to complete. You'll be judged on the efficiency and quality of your work.
